was raised in Boston with roots in the South, Midwest, and heaven. She explores Black memory and ways of being, or freeing, through interdisciplinary projects. She moves toward expansive definitions of writing alongside Black feminist critique in her current work across cultural and civic realms. She holds a BA in African American Studies from Princeton University and loves to dance.
